Challenge

Customers use solvent (e.g. water) in their processes or to clean the equipment. The authorities want the industry to use less harmful solvents and less amount of them as re-using green solvents is the best investment.

Task

PU Consulting AB together with our partners offer green solvents and recyclers to reuse the solvents. The recycler can be combined with different cleaning systems for rolls, printing clichés, spray guns etc. to have a fully automatic system.  We have recyclers for the spray gun to the biggest painting industry or mines.

Result

With our equipment, we can run test with customers and calculate the ROI – Return On Investment. The customer using 20 tons of green solvent per year can now reuse 80% of green solvent. The expected return on investment is less in 6 months.
