LMK Thermosafe are pleased to release a new range of High Power Flexible Heating Jackets for general industrial applications where efficiency and speed of heating are important parameters.
First to be introduced is a dual circuit jacket designed for standard 200 liter drums, with sufficient power to melt most standard solids.
Launch customer Cornelius Chemicals found the heater ideal, and their Production Manager commented:
“The heating blanket was used to melt a heat sensitive chemical where surface temperature control is critical. With this unit we managed to achieve excellent temperature control and fast melt times without affecting the chemical and physical properties of the chemical.”
Standard sizes are available from our large inventory, from 20 liters upwards, and custom sizes can be designed to your container measurements.
