Specific ultrasonic cleaning tank for anilox and sleeve, SIRIUS model
SMALL AND LARGE SIZES
The SIRIUS washing tank is suitable for cleaning both small aniloxes /sleeves, usually from the label printing sector, and large ones, coming from the FLEXXO-ROTO printing sector.
AN EVOLVED SYSTEM
The SIRIUS washing tank is characterized by an ultrasonic system composed of piezoelectric heads contained in submerger transducers, which allow the insertion of modules on the bottom of the tank so as to facilitate maintenance or partial use of the tank.

Specific high pressure washing tank for anilox and sleeve,PEGASO model
The PEGASO high-pressure washing tank is made for the specific needs of the printing industry, where it is necessary to wash anilox or sleeves in depth. This washing system is suitable for anilox or sleeves with maximum lineatura 400.
THE WASHING SYSTEM
The ANILOX/SLEEVES is sprayed through nozzles with a chemical product heated to 40°C and then washed through high pressure with special nozzles that allow a deep and completely safe washing so as not to ruin the inking cells.

A SPECIFIC MODEL
The ORION washing tank has been designed to meet the needs of companies in the LABEL PRINTING sector that need to simultaneously wash cylinders, inking trays, side covers and racks.

WASHING UNIT FOR CLICHÉS
The ELECTRA cliché washing unit is designed to meet the needs of printing companies that want to wash photopolymer clichés with non-flammable products.
A SPECIFIC SYSTEM
The ELECTRA cliché washing unit is specific for washing clichés with a minimum thickness of 1.14 mm and a maximum of 3.5 mm. Its washing, rinsing and drying functions are fully automatic and functional.

COMPONENT WASHING
The ARIES washing cabin is designed to meet the needs of companies that have to wash any type of dirty component of pigments, inks, oils or fats. Its operation is completely pneumatic and safe in the use of flammable products.
SCREEN PRINTING FRAMES VERSION
The ARIES washing cabin in the SCREEN version allows the washing of screen printing frames in compliance with the regulations, being equipped with fixed and sliding double glazing for protection from the operator.
